Andrew
Wallas
Non-Executive Chairman
Andrew
has extensive experience in the City of London, beginning his career in
1974 with Lloyd's broker Nelson, Hurst & Marsh Ltd (NH&M) and
ultimately becoming Managing Director. He was responsible for compound
growth in profit from 40% per annum over a 10 year period. NH&M was
sold to Citigroup in 1986 for £52 million.
After a period of study, which included an MA in psychology, Andrew returned
to the City and founded Andrew Wallas & Marsh Ltd (AW&M), a specialist
Lloyd's broker. As Chief Executive and later, Chairman, he grew the business
over a 10 year period, eventually selling the enlarged business to Glenrand
MIB Pty Ltd, a listed company in South Africa.
Over the past 5 years Andrew has acted as Non-Executive Chairman of a
number of start-ups and growing businesses, including Martello Underwriting
Ltd which was sold towards the end of 2006 to Royal & Sun Alliance
for £38.5 million. He has extensive experience of starting, developing
and selling businesses.

Stephen
Rush
Chief Executive
Steve
has over 24 years of senior management and board level experience across
a range of industries including print, creative, information technology,
telecoms, insurance and property development. As an example of his achievements
in recent years he was jointly responsible for targeting and undertaking
eight highly successful acquisitions that grew an IT reseller, Rapid Group
plc, from £6 million to £27 million in just five years. He
as also a significant force in their ultimate and highly profitable disposal
to German distributor Softline AG. Steve has worked for the technology
division of Sumitomo Corporation, bringing through new products, identifying
markets and methods of growth and assisted in their acquisition of leading
software vendor Extensis. He was also part of the small team that helped
Danish professional digital camera-back manufacturer, Phase One, break
through into the UK markets.
Steve currently runs his own marketing agency and consults for a number
of highly successful medium-sized companies including DMC plc, Columbus
Financial Advisors Ltd and Fairfax Homes plc. He is also co-founder and
Marketing Director of property risk advisors Clarity Risk Ltd.

Matthew
Wallis
Sales Director
Matthew
has achieved significant success within Europe, working as Director of
sales and marketing for UMAX Data Systems and has held many senior management
positions within a number of world-class manufacturers including Samsung
Electronics, Navman (Brunswick Corporation) and GCC Technologies.
He consulted for the Sumitomo Corporation before moving into the European
sales and marketing role for a Sumitomo technology-based subsidiary. He
contributed greatly to their success in the UK and Europe and their subsequent
profitable disposal to a leading competitor. Matthew has specialised in
the IT sector for the past 10 years – setting-up, developing and
managing major accounts as well as developing and managing a pan-European
distribution network. He has been consistently successful in launching
new technology products into the marketplace and brings a wealth of commercial
sales experience to our business.

Stefan
Stanislawski
Non-Executive Director
Stefan
has over 20 years in Telecommunications, firstly as a leading industry
regulatory and financing consultant (achievements included starting local
loop unbundling in the EU) and more recently as entrepreneur and company
Director. Current projects include being CEO of a new wireless mobile
broadband operator in Ireland (part of the Nordisk MobilTelefon Group)
and being President of a small service provider in Poland. Stefan is also
an angel investor in telecom technology companies and is non-executive
Director of Strenuus Capital and so regulated by the UK Financial Services
Authority.
Stefan has extensive experience throughout the telecom industry helping
Boards, senior managers and regulators to make critical decisions in both
fixed and mobile telecoms. His work has encompassed all aspects of telecommunications
strategy, business development and litigation as well as participating
in some $100 billion worth of telecom financings or acquisitions. Stefan
was the third person to join Analysys and played a major role in it's
growth from start-up into a globally respected advisory firm. In particular,
Stefan developed the finance practice that, within 5 years of launch,
had achieved market leadership in due diligence and other transaction
support to major West European telecom financings based on it's reputation
for quality, insight and absolute integrity.
